  • When will I receive my Free phone and Free service after I sign up?

    Once your order is complete, your device will ship within 7-10 business days. You can also check on the status of your application status by clicking here

  • How long will it take to receive approval?

    Normally, it takes about 20-30 minutes for an application to be approved. However, some applications will have to wait 3-4 days or longer for approval. The reason is that your proof documentation needs to be reconfirmed. You can always check the status of your application by logging into your account. Once you receive approval, you will also receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number for your order.

  • Why do I need to provide my Social Security Number?

    As NewPhone Wireless is a government assistance lifeline service provider, we require your SSN in order to verify your eligibility. You will also be required to provide proof of your qualifying benefit program or if you are applying by income, verification of your income as well.

  • How is the FCC involved?

    As part of the US government's Covid-19 Relief efforts, approved companies can offer the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program which is operated by the FCC. Qualifying customers will receive Unlimited Data for the duration of this program, which is a non-transferrable discount program limited to one per household.   • Will I receive a notification when my device is shipped?

    Absolutely! Once your device leaves our facility you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so that you can easily follow along with your order’s arrival. We encourage you to also check all of your email folders for this notification if you did not receive it within your inbox.

  • How can I check my application status?

    To check the status of your application, simply visit Check Status and enter the same email address and zip code you used while initially applying. Once you are logged in you will see a variety of information, including the status of your application and if any additional documentation is required.

  • Where is my tracking number?

    Once your application is approved, please give us 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Once it's been processed, you'll be sent an email and a SMS with your tracking number. Make sure to check your inbox and spam folder.
